There’s a reason Ford is part of the big three. Although in their early history they failed to innovate, they are more making up for that in these later days, let’s take a look.

We recently covered some new, really cool updates implemented in the new ford super crew hybrid. But Ford wasn’t done yet.

They are yet again adding some new awesome tech to their trucks.

They have added on board scales which tell you your trucks payload capacity and just how much you are hauling so you can make sure you are always hauling safely. Scales can be zeroed which is also a nifty little feature that could come in handy in many situations.

They are implementing a smart hitch feature which will tell you if your tongue weight is too high or too low and can help owners make sure their weight distribution is proper.

They are beginning to use an adaptive suspension system that is continuously controlled damping, using sensors to respond and provide reduced movement in the trucks body movement.
