Returns & Refunds

We want you to be confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns work:

• Returns are accepted for NEW items within 30 days of delivery

• Items must be unused and in original condition
  

• We pay for Return Shipping if the item is defective or incorrect

• You pay for Return Shipping if you have buyer's remorse — these returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%

• Used, discontinued, clearance, or special-order items are final sale and cannot be returned

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is inspected

To begin a Self-Serve Return, Click Here to Access Your Account Page, then select the order you would like to return, then select "request return". We then review the request, when approved, you will be emailed a return shipping label.
