After more than a year of development and testing, BDS Suspension is proud to announce the next generation of Jeep control arms is now available for popular Jeep JK, TJ, XJ, MJ, WJ and ZJ applications.
BDS now offers the arms with the option of vulcanized rubber bushings or dual fluted greaseable urethane bushings. The new rubber bushing are durometer specific, OEM quality vulcanized Cleavite rubber bushings for improved longevity and reduced noise. The new arms come preinstalled with rubber bushings and larger 1-3/4" diameter .250 wall formed control arms. Optional replacement urethane bushings are available separately.
The new BDS control arms come fully assembled and sold in pairs. They also come standard in new BDS long arm and short arm lift kits, see specific kit applications for more information.

- Forged flex end that features 4" long by 1-1/4" male threads for maximum adjustability and strength without sacrificing thread engagement
- 30 degrees of twist allowed to increase droop and compression without transferring torsional load to your control arm mounts
- Center steel ball is controlled by tough urethane races to absorb shock and vibration while increasing offroad performance
- Massive Forged Flex End featuring 1-1/4" threads and 30 degrees of misalignment
- Full adjustment from stock to 6-1/2" of lift
- Greaseable flex eye with tough urethane bushings
- Easily rebuildable
